Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- As per Oasis Travels policy to issue your air tickets/ apply for visa & do the booking, token advance is required. Full Payment is needed prior to departure.
- Payment Policy:- Full Payment is required 20 days prior to the departure date. If the departure date is within 20 days of travel, full payment has to be made by the client. In case of Cruise, we require full cruise payment, along with the non-refundable booking deposit as mentioned
- Cancellation Policy:-
- 30 Days or more prior to departure – Booking Amount
- 30-15 days: 50% of the total tour cost
- 14-07days: 75% of the total tour cost
- 06-0 days: 100% cancellation will apply
- Services mentioned as Non-refundable are totally non-refundable and no consideration can be done for the same.

The information, software, products and services provided by us or our suppliers or published on our website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to such information that appears on our website. We expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.
We reserve the right at any time to modify this Agreement without prior notice to you. Please refer to our website at www.oasistravels.net from time to time to review the most current version of the GTC.

For the provision of retail travel services by Oasis Travels, we will be the data controller and this Policy shall apply. Likewise, for the purpose of all our marketing activities, we will be the data controller and this Policy shall apply. By providing personal information to us, you agree that this Policy will apply to how we handle your personal information and you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information as detailed in this Policy. If you do not provide us with your personal information, or if you withdraw a consent that you have given under this Policy, this may affect our ability to provide services to you or negatively impact the services we can provide to you.
Cruise Policy:
Important Information
a) All passengers must obtain relevant visa(s) prior to sailing, failing which passengers will be denied boarding & no refund will be entertained.
b) Passport Date of Expiry should be more than 6 months from the end of Cruise sailing date otherwise pax will not allowed boarding and there will be no refund for such cases.
Cancellation charges will apply as per cancellation policy mentioned below.(May vary as per cruise liner, please refer to our executive at the time of booking for actual cancellation charges)
